Practical Mindfulness
Practical Mindfulness is a fresh and engaging approach to applying mindfulness techniques and practice in your every day life and has been taught to groups and individuals in a variety of settings. It takes a different tack from the 6 week MBSR and MBCT courses which are often recommended as the best way to learn mindfulness, instead focussing on empowering individuals to work in ways that they can choose to apply as they wish.
We will post here when dates for future public courses are confirmed. Should you wish to arrange a bespoke Practical Mindfulness course or one off session for an individual or a group you are involved with please contact Lorraine. Sessions can be tailored to suit the requirements of participants. It's simply about mindfulness practice and what it can do for you! No previous experience is required but Practical Mindfulness instruction is suitable for both those new to the subject and those who are already experienced and have their own mindfulness practice. |
