What is Mindfulness in Thanet?

Mindfulness in Thanet stands for peace. For awareness. For happiness and simple serenity. For being here, right now, living life fully, creating and realising possibilities and accessing the power we all have within us to take joyful ownership of our lives and our environment.

What do we mean by environment? It's what is all around us.  Our environment is both our community and the physical space we live in. 

Here in Thanet we are fortunate to have a strong vibrant community and one of the most beautiful natural environments in the UK. 

Of course we have our challenges too.

Mindfulness helps us deal with our challenges - and can deliver many more positive benefits.

Be still. Pay attention. Do not judge. 

Practice mindfulness in Thanet and see the results you can bring about. In your life and those of the people around you. 

We offer mindfulness sessions, silent meditation, guided relaxation and discussions. 

We don't ask you to believe anything, but we believe that mindfulness is helpful for everyone and we are keen to share it with you. 

There are currently regular. loosely affiliated, mindfulness groups on Monday and Wednesday evenings Thanet.
