Self Guided Mindful Movement

Self guided Mindful Movement

Get in touch for details of our self guided mindful movement sessions during the summer months. You decide how you want to move - use your own yoga, tai chi style or other gentle movements, as you listen to your body and the waves. Just turn up. Bring a mat, or towel and water. 

These are casual get togethers and no booking is required. All welcome.
