Self Guided Mindful Movement

Self guided Mindful Movement

Join us on Viking Bay each Friday morning throughout the summer months - 8am, for self guided mindful movement sessions. You decide how you want to move - use your own yoga, tai chi style or other gentle movements, as you listen to your body and the waves. Just turn up. Bring a mat, or towel and water. 

These are casual get togethers and no booking is required. All welcome.
