How to book your place
We believe everyone deserves the gift of wellbeing, so we are offering Mindful Monday sessions with the option of selecting how much you want to pay. We simply trust that people are honest and will support us to continue and do more of this kind of thing in future, with whatever they can afford. No matter how much you contribute, or if you book a free place, you are welcome to come and join the meditations with us.
Space is limited at Native Self, please book your place in advance, so that we can manage numbers. Simply let us know your name and the date you are booking for.

What to expect
The session will be facilitated by Lorraine Williams, co-founder and producer of Mindful Thanet, who has been a mindfulness leader since since 2008.
A short introduction will include guidance and direction for those that need it. Whether you are an experienced meditator or new to the practice, you will be able to participate fully. If you already have a practice which works for you, you can use it in our circle. All we ask is that you are still and quiet during the meditation, after which you are welcome to share or ask anything you wish. Conversations can be wide ranging or we may find ourselves sitting quietly for a while. A poem will be shared each week which often stimulates discussion. If you have a poem you'd like to bring please feel free to do so.
Chairs, cushions and mats will be provided and you can choose how you want to sit, or lie, in the space.
We will ask you to remove your shoes before entering the wellness space, so you may want to bring slippers or wear thick socks for comfort.
