The Community of Interbeing Sea of Calm Sangha hold regular meetings in Whitstable and in Broadstairs.
“The Sea of Calm Sangha meet to practise mindfulness and aspire to develop peace and happiness in ourselves and in the world by living according to the teachings on global ethics of Buddhist Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, founder of the Community of Interbeing and promotor & practitioner of Engaged Buddhism. You do not have to be a buddhist or member of the Sangha to come along.”
Broadstairs Meetings:
4th Thursday of each month:
7:00pm for a start at 7:15pm - 9:15pm
The Meeting House, 9 St. Peter’s Park Road, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 2BL
(NB: this is the same venue as the Broadstairs Mindfulness Group)
No need to book, just turn up.
A donation of up to £5 per person is suggested, if you are able.
